Deposit Policy:
Changes are effective as of: 5/1/06

Deposits can only be made on birds that are still in the nursery.

By choosing the bird or birds you want and using the Deposit button at the bottom of the Available Flock Page. This will hold the baby or babies until weaned. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. (See exception below)

You will be notified when your baby is fully weaned and ready to go home. Once you are notified you have 7 days to have your baby picked up and the remaining balanced paid. After 7 days there will be a boarding fee of $3.00 per day per bird for each day that the baby or babies remain at A Friendly Flock Aviary for up to 5 days added to your balance ($15.00) per bird. Any baby not picked up within this 12 day time frame with the entire remaining balance including any boarding fees will result in your forfeiting the baby or babies and any and all monies paid. The bird or birds will on the 13th day be placed back up for adoption. NO EXCEPTIONS

If for some reason the baby is not available due to death or medical reasons your deposit will be refunded if we do not have another bird that you are interested in.
