Hello Denise,

Twiglet, to me, is the perfect companion. She is loving and sweet, active and playful, social and outgoing, quiet, smart, and just an absolute joy.  Denise sure did a good job of socializing her, because she will go to anyone and play with them and let them pet and cuddle her. She is unbelievably playful and active, and only stops if she is ready to sleep.  She eats anything and everything, and never misses out on anything anyone ELSE is eating either!  She loves baths and will splash herself silly whenever she has the chance.  Twiggy LOVES to cuddle at night and will snuggle in my hands for scritchies, and stay there until I put her to bed. She falls asleep in my hands almost every night.  Twiglet is just an amazingly happy, funny, confident, friendly and lovable little parrotlet, and I couldnt be happier with her. Im so thankful that Denise allowed me to be her "parront" and I am praying for many many wonderful years with my sweet, perfect little friend. Thank you Denise !!

Judy, NH.

Hi Denise,

Hope everything is going well!  He is so loving and tame
and loves to be held and have his neck and beek rubbed.

He can talk a liitle: "Hello", "Baby-Blue Baby-Blue", and
even dose the "Wolf Call - as a whistle".  He lets my son
lay him on his own back with his little feet sticking up in
the air and just lays there like he is frozen - it is
really funny to watch him.

I will send you a picture and maybe a small video real soon
when I get some time.

Talk to you later,

Reno LaGrande and "Baby-Blue" CA.

Hi Denise,

I would just like to say that the babies you raise are just so beautiful and friendly.  We are so happy with our little one that we got.  Bella the trinket bird is just a treasure to have and be with.  Watching her grow from a little unfeatherd chick to a beautiful blue birdie was the best.  She is out almost all day playing eating or naping on my fathers shoulder.  The entire coffee table has been converted into a birdie playgound just for her.  She is spoiled rotten but her cuteness and sweetness and joy she brings to all that see her is more that worth it.

-Brenda CA.

Hi Denise

Miss Mattie loves to get a neck rub and also loves to cuddle on my shoulder. Erwin
is having a great time with her.  She steps up on his finger and he is
thrilled!  He's also working on photographing her.  When I went to school
today for four hours, I returned and both Erwin and Mattie were happy
campers.  Now what more could I want?  LOL!!!

She also loves her bath and she loves to get misted.  She hangs upside down
with her wings spread so the mist falls on her tummy.

Mattie loves to eat.  She gets us up in the morning and tomorrow I'm cooking
your special egg diet and I'm also cooking another one with brown rice and
millet.

She is just wonderful!!!

Hugs and love,
Ann PA.

Hi Denise,

I can't thank you enough for doing such a great job raising our little Sasha . I know how much time and energy  has to be put into every baby bird to make it the perfect companion and you have done such a wonderful job!  She is such a charming little girl with so much curiosity & energy. She's so well socialized, gentle and playful. She just loves all the toys we gave her!
We just love her so much and so does everyone who meets her.  They usually ask us where we got such a sweet little bird. And we tell them A Friendly Flock Aviary. Thanks again for taking the time and really caring about  this little girl's sweet disposition. We could not have imagined a better family flock member. We are just so pleased with Sasha, you can' not imagine how much joy she has brought into our lives! She's so sweet and loving, we are so happy we found you!

Much respect & gratitude,
Tammy IN.

Hello Denise,

I have to tell you this is the best little bird I have ever owned. From the minute I got her home I opened up the carrier she was in, she crawled up my arm and it has been true love since. I named her Sweetpea, how could I not! She has been the best thing that has ever happened to me... She is always ready to be held, she just loves to play and quiet time is just the best... scritches she love that and then she falls asleep on my neck, next to my ear and I listen to beak crunches... I know the time you spend on your babies, I can tell how much love them and the attention that goes into each one. You are a wonderful person, and you raise some beautiful babies.
Thank you so much for such a precious baby,
Sandy & Sweetpea IL.

Thank you Denise,

We adopted one of Denise's little green Parrotlet babies.  From the start, we could tell that Denise genuinely cared about her babies and wanted to provide us with the sweetest baby bird possible. She focused a lot of energy into proper socialization and nutrition. As a result we came home with a beautiful, healthy, well adjusted loving little girl. Each day Peeper amazes us with new sounds and tricks, she is just so funny. She is very smart, lovable, friendly, outgoing, curious, energetic, & confident. We can’t thank you enough for all of your help, we couldn't have asked for anything more. No matter how many questions we had, no matter how many times we  E-Mailed her, she was always there with an answer. We are so pleased with Peeper and are truly enjoying having her in our lives.  Our experience has been nothing but positive from our first e-mail to the continued support we have received after bringing Peeper home. Thank you for taking the time to raise such wonderful pet birds, and starting their lives out in such a positive way.
Lots of hugs,
Shannon MI

Hi Denise!

So happy to hear from you!  We celebrated Bubba's hatch day last Saturday.  Jenny was so excited and ordered him a "Happy Bird Day Present".  Bubba is doing great.  He is such a part of the family and entertains us all the time.  He has a whole repertoire or words and sayings.  He says, "Whatchadoing pretty birdie?", "What a pretty birdie!", "Hi Baby!", "What a good boy!", he wolf whistles and much more if you just listen in.  He begs for scritches by nudging our finger or our toes.  He's a shredder and loves a soft tissue.  He has even flown off with a used tissue with us running to get it away from him.  He loves spending time with Jenny's parrotlet Shrekkie and they are like mischievious little children.  Bubba gives lovely kisses but spends most of his time biting through the 3 socks my husband wears so Bubba can bite his toes. Every evening Bubba can be found with my husband Dave - they fall asleep together.  Bubba will crawl up Dave's shirt sleeve or inside the bend of his elbow and curl up.  Bubba is a part of our family and provides us with lots of entertainment.  New Year's Eve we gave Bubba a tissue to shred while we all sang "Auld Lang Syne".   It was a lot of fun.  We usually have to read the paper quickly before he shreds it.  Bubba is precious and we know your loving start gave us the Bubba we know and love.

Thank you Denise.

I recently bought a pair of Linnies from Denise.  I was leery about having them shipped and in what condition they would arrive.  I was extremely happy with Denise’s shipping process.  It was fast, easy, and the birds arrived in great health and spirits!  Denise was so organized and the birds were well prepared for the flight.  I would not hesitate one moment to buy a bird from Denise and have it shipped.  She is one of the great breeders!  They are hard to find out there so look no further!

Hi Denise,

Thanks for all the great communication, effort, and care you take with your buyers and for what I already know will be a spectacular little linnie!

"GUS":  Our new boy is eating well and settling down nicely.   He's every bit as sweet as you said he would be.  And he eats like crazy

YOUR "PACKING":  Just wanted to mention that it is totally obvious how much you love your birds and how careful you are to make them safe and comfortable.  The mesh kept curious fingers out of the container, and inside, well it looked like a condominium with a super king sized "bed" and dining area!!  It was fun taking everything out, with layers and layers of surprises, (not to mention the one surprise that went into the trash!!)  THANK YOU!

God bless.

Nan

Hi Denise,

I just wanted to give you an update on the little linnie.  She's beautiful and perfect.  I have just recently introduced her to my male linnie.  At first he wasn't thrilled with her.  I think she was a little too aggressive for him, not in a mean way but she made it clear that she was gonna rule the cage.  However, just a few days later he's getting tough with me when I put my hand in the cage obviously trying to protect his new woman.  My feelings are hurt but I'll survive.  I just make sure to handle them alot.  He is actually fine once he's out of the cage.  Anyway, thanks for the great bird you may be hearing from me again for another.  I hope all is well with the family.

A note from Spanky:

Here I was on a really cold Friday Dec 1, just hanging around with my brothers, Playing and bugging each other, When we heard that some people were coming over to see and pick one of us to go home, well I wasn't to excited because we over heard that they wanted a blue bird and there was only one of us that were blue, so hey so what. Maybe the next people wanted a green, and I’d show off then, after all I was a really nice shade of green.  So these people showed up and Wow they were all girls , well I was use to boys anyhow , what would I do with a bunch of girls anyway, so I just didn't pay them any attention , I just played around with my brother, they stayed for a couple hours just picking each of us up and talking to us and petting us and so on .Seems like they couldn't make up their minds, Each one wanted to take home a different one, so I was bored, no one seemed really crazy about me so I just minded my own business and played. So after a while these girls seemed okay, they were kinda sweet and they petted nice and soft, maybe they weren't so bad after all. So I got this idea, I sat on the cage and the Mom kept talking to me, so when she talked, I answered, when she didn't talk I didn't talk, when she did, I did, it was kinda fun, like a game, Hey~ It passed the time, after all I just had to grunt here and there, but they really liked that and they decided that I was the guy they wanted. I thought Oh no~ you BIRD brain.........what did you do.....So they packed me up and took me home, I was really scared, I didn't know what I was in for now.... I went in a box in this big car with wheels that went kinda fast, we dropped off the one girl, I think she was the grandma, then we went to another house, I think that's were we were going to stay.... When we got there they took me out of the box and I seen my new home, It was a huge big beautiful cage with lots of room and toys, Wow 5 feeding dishes, climbers and platforms galore, This cage was heaven. Okay so now I had 3 girls, maybe I could live with that, if I got all this other stuff too. Then all of a sudden a boy came in, they said he was Dad and just got home from work, so great he wasn't a bird, but at least he was another boy. I found out I got a new Mom & Dad, and the two smaller girls are kinda like sisters, ones bigger 13 and ones smaller 5. They are both really kinda nice, they’re always giving me something new to eat, and they carry me around. They go to school, but the little girl comes home early and first thing she does is come and get me, and I go all over with her, she has some really neat toys. Okay so there girl toys ,but there toys all the same , some lit up and go around and round, up and down, I really like the ones that do that while they flash pretty lites, I have such fun .We are now the best of friends. I heard her tell her Grand ma that SPANKY is my very best friend.Oh yea I forgot they named me Spanky, its okay I'm getting use to it. I just can’t believe that I hit the big time; I got a great condo on wheels, (cage) lots of toys and good food, and a really great family that loves me. And I found out Girls are great. Oh Yea and yesterday, my little girl came to get me and looked right at me and said HEY BABY, and I looked her back in the eye and said HEY BABY, she was so happy and excited, I felt really really good. I love my new family... I’m so glad that I had and IDEA that cold windy Dec 1...............
